Dr. Richard Reynolds
Dr. Richard D. Reynolds holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, and is an educator, leader, and builder who truly believes that every student deserves more than just a seat in a classroom. He has dedicated his career to aligning systems, people, and purpose to serve students. At his core, he is driven to create an environment where students feel seen, challenged, and supported by adults who refuse to lower expectations, seek out their true potential, and equip them with a clear pathway forward.
As the Executive Director of REACH Public Schools, Dr. Reynolds aims to build a school designed for students who have not always found success in traditional settings. His focus is on ensuring that every student has a plan, a purpose, and an advocate. Grounded in the belief that schools must be intentional about both relationships and results, his work is driven by the conviction that education can fundamentally change a student’s life trajectory.
