4. SMS/Text Messaging Communications
REACH Public Schools may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to mobile numbers provided by students, parents, or other contacts who have opted in to receive such communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SMS CONSENT
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from REACH Public Schools applies solely to our organization’s communications and is not transferred to any other entity.
4.1 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly at the information provided in Section 10 below.
5. Who We Share Your Personal Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your agreement to receive text messages from REACH Public Schools will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to any outside company or affiliate for their marketing or solicitation purposes.

1. Agreement to SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from REACH Public Schools (“we,” “our,” or “us”) — whether through a web form, enrollment process, verbal consent, or any other medium — you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”). If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, please do not opt in to or continue to receive SMS communications from us.
These SMS Terms are incorporated into and subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.reachpublicschools.org/privacy-policy.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
By opting in, you may receive SMS/MMS messages related to K–12 education services and organizational communications, including but not limited to:
Enrollment reminders and application status updates
Appointment reminders (e.g., orientation sessions, advising appointments, financial aid meetings)
Important deadlines and registration alerts
Event notifications and school announcements
Account notifications and updates related to your student or contact record

5. Message Frequency & Rates
Messaging frequency may vary depending on your enrollment status, upcoming deadlines, events, and the nature of your relationship with our organization. You may receive several messages per month or more during active enrollment periods.
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. REACH Public Schools is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on applicable rates.

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which REACH Public Schools operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms to our website. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
